• Hostel Fee Structure: Hostel fees are calculated based on the number of school days, with additional days incurring supplementary charges.

• Food Price Impact: Any increases in food prices will directly affect hostel fees.

• RCL Members Leaving: Students who were members of the Representative Council of Learners (RCL) and subsequently leave the college/hostel are responsible for covering all expenses related to their training and camps.

• Compulsory Laundry Fee: The laundry fee is mandatory for the entire academic year.

• Payment Allocation: Please note that when making payments, the funds will be allocated first to any outstanding additional fees, followed by hostel fees, and then school fees.

• Withdrawal Notice: A 30-day notice period (equivalent to a full calendar month) is required if a student wishes to withdraw from the College/hostel, to avoid incurring an extra month’s fee.

• Early Payment Discount: A 5% discount is applicable to school fees paid in full before 31 January 2023.

• Interest Charges: Overdue accounts will incur interest charges.

• Collecting Outstanding Fees: In cases of unpaid fees, students may be asked to collect any outstanding amounts, underscoring the importance of keeping all fees up to date.

• Suspension for Unpaid Fees: Students with outstanding school/hostel fees may face suspension.

• Additional Fee Settlement: All additional fees must be paid in full during the registration process.

• Credit for Up-to-Date Accounts: Credit on accounts is available only to students with accounts that are up to date.

• Excursions/Tours Eligibility: Students with unpaid college/hostel fees will not be allowed to participate in excursions or tours.

• Document Access: Informative documents like newsletters, college magazines, photos, etc., will be provided to students only when their College fees are fully paid up-to-date.

• International Student Study Permits: International students from countries such as Lesotho, Botswana, Swaziland, and others must submit valid study permits before continuing their studies at the College.

• Matric Farewell Information: Details regarding Matric Farewell arrangements will be communicated in June 2020.

• Mandatory D6 Communicator: The D6 Communicator is mandatory for all parents to stay informed.
